My old civic is not reliable now and I want to replace it. My budget is limited and I focus on the basic Paceman Cooper model. I checked Paceman prices shared by others from autopriceshare and one local dealer matches this price($22745).
If anyone just purchased a 2015 Mini Paceman Cooper, could you share your opinions about this price? is it a fair price? One more question, should I prepare snow tires or chains for Paceman?

You probably won't get too many insights on this board, since it caters only to the MINI Hardtops in particular, but I can say that I, personally, would avoid the Cooper models of the Paceman/Countryman. The Cooper engine is underpowered for those "bigger" MINIs and in my experience driving it, it was never exciting to me like the Cooper S models were at all. However, $22.7k is not a bad price. I would recommend test driving it first and see if you're good with the power delivery and at that price, I can only assume it's a manual, so make sure you're good with the clutch too.

As far as cold weather concerns, I would recommend a good set of snow tires.
