I'd start at realoem.com and see how the bumper is attached. That should give you an idea of how insane or easy the job is.

You can also ask to speak with a service tech and have her explain the process.

Haines will come out with a manual at some point, I'm sure.

Front bumper removal - BMW procedure

Full procedure is given on newtis.info for this and most other tasks. Just Google to find it. It may take you a bit of time to get used to the navigation but if you look you will find all technical data including torques etc.

Don't use metal tools to remove plastic parts i.e. not a screwdriver as a lever. Buy some trim removal tools on ebay.
