Hi all,

Besides the recommended jack pad, what else is needed to remove a wheel? What size nut bolt are on there?

Is there a lock nut on there as well? And what torque setting when putting the bolts back in?

Cheers!

Minis (Bmws) have small plastic blocks as jacking points. A special jack pad fits into this so you dont damage the sill brilliant idea .saves rusty undersides. Available for very little on ebay and well worth it!

I have the jack pad from my previous bmw and uave used it on F56 no problem.

You dont need the jack pad put dependant on your jack head design it does offer a little more protection if you do use one.

I have 2 trolley jacks when I jack up both front and rear of the car and use the pad on the one which doesnt have a flat base.
