Hi all,
I'm trying to build a shopping list of parts I need to retrofit rear PDC onto my wife's 2015 f56 JCW (eventually the camera too, but just PDC for now) to bring it to OEM standard.

I'm struggling to find the wiring loom part number - anyone know this?

The list I've made so far:

body bits
Bland Bands L&R - may as well upgrade to JCW pro if replacing
Rear centre diffuser - as above, why not if replacing...

Electricals
PDC control unit
PDC control unit holder - not sure if this is in the car already
PDC sensors x 4
PDC rings x 4

Don't think I;'ve missed anything if I find the loom?

Ive just been looking about because this is something i would like on my car.

61129314632 - Front Loom
61122357882 - Rear Loom

Im not too sure where these connect to, They at least come off the sensors into a main plug which is may or may not be fitted to your car.

Thanks!
I'll check out the numbers with my local dealership - it turns out most dealerships (I've come across anyway) think we're nutz for even thinking of this but supportive to help you find the right bits.

I've been advised, that I only need the switch unit (for up front in the cockpit below the central control screen, I assume you mean?) if I was attempting front PDC also as the switch/toggle there turns off the front pdc sensors when in traffic.
Conversations I've had was to stay away from front PDC, but the rear + camera is possible if I can stomach the cost (Hunting breaker parts help that - the PDC sensors themselves in many bms are the same part, which makes availability pretty easy it seems.

My plan is to get all the bits and let a specialist sort the fitting.

No worries, If you get any joy with connecting the PDC loom to the body, let me know, I do have a few loose plugs at the rear of the car wondering if they have anything to do with parking and what not.

Thanks!

Hi I’m attempting this rear retrofit also on my 2016 JCW, I have purchased the official retrofit wiring loom kit with module holder and now need the sensor and PDC module reference numbers which are not advised on the instructions. Are all F56 rear parking sensors and PDC modules the same? The part numbers appear to differ greatly between years. Any help would be great👍

Hi thanks for your response I notice the PDC control units have dates on them, I’m going to select one close to my cars build date. Yes I’m not sure if it has the canbus link, it comes with the retrofit kit for cars that don’t have it. I assume it’s a link directly back to the ECU?
