Just did the retrofit of the additional LED lighting that comes with the MINI Yours interior packages, as long as your car has the Lights Package option 563 and the MINI Excitement Pacakge option 4V9 this retrofit is possible as the wiring for the additional LEDs are already there. I believe all F56's up to MY2016 have the wiring already there.

Any particular problems / tools popping the door cards off?

The only hard part was removing the old trim from the door panels, because they are plastic welded, drilling them out. The only tool I used to pop the door panel was a trim removal tool just to pop the panel enough to get my hands behind the panel, and just pull and it will pop off. The clips are very sturdy.

I will list the parts numbers when I get into my office tomorrow.
You do need the purchase the entire trim piece which is 2 per door to have the LED light guides which are plastic welded to the trim. I do not know if you can get the light guides separately. If you can get it there would still be the problem of attaching the light guides to the old trim piece which is entirely different from the ones that come with the guides already installed. Anyways our door cards already have the opening for where to feed the light guide through and the mounting on the back side for the led modules. You need 2 LED modules per door for a total of 4. Each LED module feed the 2 separate parts of the trim.
The plugs for the LED modules are also already there. They are just taped up as in the photos.
Just to reiterate your car must have options Lights Package (563) and MINI Excitement Package (4V9), to have the correct harness.
I do not know if cars without these two options have the correct wiring.
The trim pieces I know can be ordered in Piano Black and Off-White. I also have see the part number for Dark Silver but it seems those are not available anymore.

Great work i wish i had the interior lights ive got the dark silver interior trim are you saying id still need to replace it ?

Yes the light guides come attached to the trim.
