Well, after a wait that at times seemed like it would never end, I got an email letting me know my JCW is at the dealer being prepped as of this morning. I'm really looking forward to picking it up.
One of the local MINI clubs is also having a meet and greet Saturday morning at the same dealer, so I should be able to meet some other people as well.

Definitely taking pictures, I have several people expecting them. I got Rebel Green with a white roof/mirrors; it will be interesting to see how it looks.

May get a MINI bulldog to sit on top of it while taking the pictures. I didn't modify my old Focus ST, but am looking at a few things for this one.

It's mostly(but not fully) loaded - No sunroof, leather seats, or 18" wheels.

It's only 10AM on the east coast . I'm at the dealers now, will have pictures in the afternoon.

Here's a single side picture. It's cloudy so the green looks more black than green. Will have more pictures later today.
Drives wells so far, love the heads up display. Also been able to test the active cruise control.

GS sure looks pretty time to call the flatbed have it towed home and park it in the bubble garage
so it will not get dirty.

Congrats! Good to see another JCW manual trans owner! I spec'd the silver track spoke wheels but switched to the 18" cup spokes...both are great but I'm a fan of the larger wheels! Car looks really nice!
