I picked up my Iconic in April and just broke 11,000 miles. I’ve fitted lightweight wheels and snow tires, but more recently I was able to get this front splitter and rear GP style spoiler from RSIC6. I’m really happy with the fit and overall look.

Rear: https://www.rsic6.com/product-page/spoiler-full-vtr-f56

I did get the rear spoiler from Outmotoring because they are state side and it ships quicker.

I really like both the front and rear spoilers! How did you mount the front spoiler?

You need to get coilovers next!
thanks!

I installed the rear myself but I had a shop install the front. It is made for the Mini but it’s kinda a universal fit type, where it’s not mounted in specific points but where you think best.. I know the owner of the shop well and he did it himself and said it was a bit of a pain because of its lack of instructions but he got it mounted in 2 hours using the hardware it comes with. It’s mounted solid and doesn’t wiggle, move or rattle at all. Without lowering the car it makes the car look lower but I haven’t scraped it yet. I do want to lower it next. Thinking about the H&R spring kit. 1.2” lower would be enough..

Looks super good man. Have tossed around the idea of a front and/or rear spoiler as well. Agreed it would look super solid lowered. I have the H&R springs on mine and it was the perfect drop imo, and rides well still!

Thank you, I also want to thank you for helping figure out the clear/smoked tail light issue. I have a set on my car but haven't messed with it as of yet. But I will be next week on my day off..

I've been considering the H&R kit but am so torn if I want to deal with a lowered car and a front spoiler... Its not always the best combo and in the end it will end up fucking up the bumper if I really hit something too tall.. We have a lot of the giant speed humps in our area and I can clear them at speed fine still... I'd bet I'd scrape if I lowered it..

You bet man, appreciate it. Really pumped about figuring it out. Look forward to you getting it worked out on yours!

And I totally get it with lowering. At least the front spoiler gives a bit of a lowered appearance without actually lowering. Just those darn wheel gaps are so big :/

Yeah it’s like a pick up truck..
I’ve lowered all of my sports cars I’ve owned previously, so I’m guessing I’ll give in eventually. I love the look too much to hold out..

Love the look! What about those front turn "reflectors", which ones are those? That's the first thing I'm changing on mine when it starts to warm up. Then the chrome belt delete is next.
which reflectors? I used Lamin-X smoked vinyl on the front and rear corner lights in the wheel arches and the side scuttles. But I did just get a new set of side scuttles yesterday from SCPAutomotive in a solid black with smoked lenses. I’ll put them on tonightand snap a pic..

Love the wheels, what are they and what sort of cost?

They are the Montegi Racing MR131 Traklite Lightweights. Only 17lbs and a noticable unsprung weight reduction difference with the SE's instant torque... They were around $195, and I had the Blizzak snow tires added. I had the summer tires fitted on them today and its even nicer now, with less road noise and the summers are lighter then the snow tires by 5lbs... and the Mini center caps fit these wheels!

Thank you btw!
