Hi Everyone,
I've setup two profiles in my 2016 MINI Cooper for myself and my other half. It looks like it's always using the same profile regardless of which key unlocks the vehicle.

I just want to confirm the steps

- I unlock the car with my key, set the profile, turn off the car and lock - the key is programmed
- If I unlock the car with the other key, set the second profile, turn off the car and lock - the second key is programmed with that second profile
- If I then unlock the car with my key, it should then revert back to my profile

Is it possible it's getting stuck because the system might need a reset?

Anything else I may be missing?

And got it fixed. I think the car was picking up on my key, even though it was unlocked with the other. I completely separated them (leaving one inside) and profiles were assigned. :nerd:

I was confused when I first got the car too. Kept wondering why the temperature was different and the radio was always on a different channel. Then found out about the keys having a profile each!

I can imagine the confusion. I used one key so far because I'm the only one driving the car
