Hi, soon to be Mini Cooper owner, don't know masses about the car as I won it in a competition free for a year with the insurance paid. Believe it's a standard cooper and looks something like this picture. Very excited to say the least and ill make sure I get some pictures up when it arrives. Very ironic timing as serval weeks prior I to the email I bought my first ever new car that I love, but was going to test drive the MCS so getting the best of both worlds :)

Thanks Christian

Hi, thanks for the welcome, the mini unfortunately is like a loan just for the year. But suppose there's always the option to buy it, my mum is also covered on the insurance and drives an old car so may persuade her into buying one with a few more toys, she'll have to prise keys off me first . May even consider me to look at moving onto the mini in the future. I haven't driven one since I learnt to drive which was a first gen One 1.6. Hope I don't get too much stick for this... My other car is a 14' Ford Fiesta ST which was a bargain and I couldn't say no, but the high sales numbers are looking like it's gonna hit hard in depreciation. When I bought it was cheaper to buy new than used.

You lucky person!

Nice Fiesta. I hear they are a superb car to drive.
Thank you, they are an absolute riot to drive, definitely very dangerous to take take a test drive. It was the fiesta or MCS which wasn't out at the time, unfortunately I do like my toys and after options was looking at £24k for the mini and the fiesta was £17k (ST-3 with options), will be nice to have something with a bit more forgiving suspension, the biggest criticism it gets is the very firm suspension. I dismissed it's rivals as Clio was auto only and 208 GTi has a weird steering wheel.
