Just tried this roll back of spotify and it works a treat. One step that also needs to be done first however is to turn off the automatic update setting on your phone or the latest version of spotify will just re -write itself over the older version

Unfortunately I had already backed up my phone before the issue raised it's ugly head. It's extremely disappointing that Spotify haven't resolved this yet. If it didn't work so well with Sonos at home, I'd be thinking about sacking it off for now due to all this.

What I'm getting is that spotify can connect, but the control on the steering wheel to forward a song doesn't work... I need to do it manually from the stereo... does anyone have the same...? or maybe only a bug in my phone..?

Is it the same when connecting with cable? I noticed the same in the showroom on a car with Visual Boost and asked the dealer who refered to that as a way to possibly make it work...

BTW: do you get artist/album on your screen using Spotify with Visual Boost and BT? The cable was the answer from the dealer again..

I will get my car in 18 hours...

The only way to use spotify is via usb cable connection, not bluetooth, as it is part of the mini connected app. You do get artist info and album art with the spotify integration also
