Hi all,

I am sure some of you lovely members must be using Thinkware F750 DashCam. I am very happy with the dashcam itself however I have been having a nightmare using the ios app to view/download/delete videos on my iPhone6+. Moreover, app just crashes everytime I try and access the videos. I have tried deleting the app several times and factory reset the cam.

Today one of friends had his Thinkware fitted and surprisingly he could view all his videos on his phone and he actually managed to connect his iPhone6+ to my dashcam and accessed the videos.

Has anyone here having any such issue with their cam?

You may want to consider trying a factory reset of your iphone. I'm only suggesting this since your friend seems to have no problem using his iphone and the same app to connect to your cam. It would suggest the problem is with something on your phone as opposed to the cam.
