Tires and wheel warranty package?

Should I buy, for 899.00 the warranty fir 4 years for tires and rims in case a need to change a tire or a rim? I think that the chances of breaking/needing anew tire in 4 years is slim and even in that case, the price for a run flat is not close to 1000!

I am gonna have winter tires anyway for the ottawa winter travel so I will have 2 sets anyways! Should I get run Flat or regular winter tires+ rims?

I plan to repeat my last tactic with respect to winter wheels tyres, which is to buy a 15" set from eBay (complete with brand new tyres) from someone who's upgrading their wheels with third party ones.

£155 got me a complete set of wheels and tyres that had drive the 4 miles from the local dealership before being removed :)

I'd then use the factory wheels to put my winter tyres on once I've got through the first set of regular tyres.

Yep - you'll pay loads and likely get nothing in return. Waste of money. In my humble opinion.
