Looks like the retro fit is just a code.
"This optional equipment can only be
retrofitted using an IBAC code which is
generated by BMW Headquarters
(Important: IBAC code only valid for
30 days from generation):
- Order the specified part number.
The required coding will only be sent
when you enter your e-mail address
in your ordering system."
