Hello all , I've been hunting for a tuner who is up to speed on the 3 cylinders power potential.
The three cyl configuration can take a lot of punishment and a lot more rpm than were getting in the Cooper and the same engine in the BMW i8 is giving a 100 more HP .
The 1.5 displacement is at a class break for some forms of racing and that's where I'm going with this.
So where would you go to get a 300hp build?

Yes there is. It's called supercharging!

Yes, you can substitute pressure for displacement. The goal for the 3cyl is to see what can be done with what you got.
This type of pursuit has great appeal to many people and the results could be very satisfying.
Higher power from greater displacement doesn't mean much on some tracks ,there will be surprises for sure.!
