I am currently running on stock JCW Track Spoke 501 wheels (tires: Pirelli SotoZero 3 RunFlat Rims: 7Jx17 ET54 PCD 5x112).

When spring / summer comes I am planning to by 18' summer wheels with sport tires.

Currently looking at OZ Racing Formula HLT 5H Matt Black 7.5Jx18 Et50 5x112 on Michelin Pilot Supper Sport 205/40 R18 86Y (non RunFlat)
or same tires on OZ Racing Ultraleggera ET50...
while the design is personal to everyone I am looking for specs without any spacers.

Since JCW callipers need to fit in... I was wondering if anyone had experience fitting ET50 wheels on ? I saw bella_jcw had Pro Race 1.2 alloys fit in without spacers with 8Jx18 ET45

Also I am not sure about the Tire Pressure Monitors PDC (36 10 6 856 209) - do they need to be fitted with the wheels as well? taken from winter wheels?

I would welcome your 18' wheels (brand/specs/summer tires). Thanks in advance!

No import duties whilst we are still in the EU.

The link can be used as a guide. Most if not all the wheels listed can be purchased in UK also

Their prices on the link are far cheaper than the UK if the prices are for a set, I'd like the Team Dynamics Pro Race 1.2's like the challenge models get but over here the set is around £1100, the website posted is quoting 770eu which in todays rate is around £650!

Gutted I missed those reduced prices! Thank you for the link though mate! Are the challenge sized 17" or 18"?
Challenge wheels are 17x7.5 ET37 5x112 fitment as far as I know as the specification is not posted anywhere.

This size has been tested to fit over the big JCW calipers in an F56 from posts I've seen on http://www.mini-f56-forum.de/

There is also the option to go for 18x8 ET45 5x112 like in the post below

TD indicated to me that they're 17x7.5 ET45 and lists that size for our cars on their site's tools. I can confirm that 17x7 ET45 doesn't fit. I'm waiting on my special order 17x7.5 ET45 replacement set to come now.

Their response to me about the 17x7.5 that their fitments tool lists, verbatim, was "If it’s one listed below, then yes 17x7.5” et45 should fit.I believe it’s the same size as the Mini Challenge wheel, but these race Mini’s run different brakes and offsets (and I could be wrong – but I think also spacers on the front ??)."

Trying to get a set of these in 17s that fit without spacers has been a bit of a pricy endeavor so far. I really really hope these ones really do fit like they say. :). Their site lists some other sizes and offsets that fit too if you're interested.

I'm pretty sure 17x7.5 ET45 will not fit over the JCW brakes... It will fit the non JCW braked Mini F56 cars though

I posted on another thread below about this

http://www.minif56.com/forum/401-ti...f56-jcw-challenge-tyre-size-2.html#post624242

You managed to fit 17x7 ET45 with a 9mm spacer (7" ET36 equivelent) with paper thin clearance... 7.5" ET45 will have 3mm less outer spoke clearance than that combination if my calculations are right which means you would need 7.5" ET42 to have the same paper thin clearance and that spec is not available in 5x112 unless you request a custom offset and the nearest non custom size is 17x7..5 ET37 as mentioned above.

I will be happy for you to prove me wrong though ;)

BBS 17 x 7.5 et 43 fit over my Jcw calipers

I'm sorry not off the shelf, had them custom machined to suit,
but the looks (and weight saved) are worth the effort in my opinion

I'll try and get a photo but lots of air around calipers, it's not tight

Well, I made it very clear to them which car I have and they're adamant that it'll fit. Maybe the spoke shape differs on the 7.5, such that there is additional clearance. I'm hoping they do, especially given the up to 10 week ordering process and confirmation from them that they fit.

Here's the page from the fitment tool on their site.
http://rimstock.wheelwizards.net/cl...asp?manufacturer=Manu_Mini._BMW&chassis=64155

They spec a reasonable offset for the Monza in a 17x7, and don't list the Pro Race 1.2 for it in that size. If you look at the equivalent list for a non-JCW, there are dozens of options instead of just 4.

I guess only time will tell. The waiting is the hardest part.

The NM Eng. 18" x 7.5" ET 40 wheels (or 17" x 7.5" ET 40) are the best option out there imo....perfect fit with out spacers or cutting! 8" wide might work but I believe the 7.5" rim width is the sweet spot for alternate wheels on a JCW. I'll be going with 18" x 7.5"'s if I ever mount up a second set of wheels & tires. For now I love the stock two-tone cup spokes even though they are only 7" wide, and of course they are heavier.
