Very rough idle

Really hoping someone can shed some light on this issue.
Every morning when I first start my 2015 1.5 d I have the same problem. It starts fine and idles fine but once I stop at the set of traffic lights 100yds from my house the idle is extremely rough,the engine shakes heavily and the car feels like it is going to cut out. But as soon as I start moving again all is fine and it won't do it again until the next morning. I've changed fuel filter and air filter but no difference. Hopefully someone else has experienced this and can help. Thanks guys
