In no particular order:
1. The standard petrol Cooper now has a decent amount of power; always thought the basic Coop was underpowered. Fun, but underpowered. Torque like a diesel, much sportier than preceding Coopers and no increase in fuel consumption.
2. The seats are now fully comfortable on long journeys. My previous Coopers gave my grief.
3. The basic radio is actually good quality.
4. Love the adjustable boot floor.
5. Noise levels inside the car are also improved over previous models.
6. Cornering is brilliant. I have a 'test' corner near me. In my previous Coopers I bottled it at 55. Now I manage 60+
7. Dual zone air con
