I forgot to add I have Visual Boost, not Media XL so that could make a difference?
What do you have VB or XL?

My Cooper, with Media Pack XL, Mini Navigation System XL & Enhanced Bluetooth, was built on 16th July, with software as follows

I think the installed software must depend on more than just the media pack, as different countries have different mobile phone systems. We established a while back that my Cooper had a different numbering system to Hat's MCS, so that may also play a part. Given the recent IOS8 problems, maybe the latest software isn't always the best!
