Hi,
I would be intrested in a set of 4.
I just do not understand that the throttle pedal will need to be coded, as already stated the R56 ones were a straight swap, and the F56 is the same type, it's just a potentiometer!
The most that my husbads thinks it will need is the adaption reset, can't see that taking 90 minutes...

Hi all,
Went to my local dealer yesterday to ask about this, and the answer is that the new throttle pedal will need to be coded.
The reason is that the pedal is classed as a control module, and so is no longer just "plug and play".
So with that in mind, I think that my black pedals are starting to look really good!
Hope that helps.

My local dealer believes they are plug and play and do not require coding, they have quoted £162 fitted. Booked in for 21st July so will let you all know afterwards. As I've booked it and got a fixed price I'm expecting the dealer to honour it should it need coding ?

Hi Zobware,
It seems madness that we can't get an answer on this...please update when you have had them fitted.
This is important to me as my husband will fit these if they are plug and play.
What dealer quoted you this?

Just had them fitted by dealer and confirm there is no coding required, car was in the dealership for under 10 minutes and all swapped over to lovely JCW pedals, looks so much better. Total cost £141.73 on a manual, dealer did not charge me fitting as only took a few minutes. This is one upgrade I would definitely recommend, I know it is only aesthetics but looks great!

Hi,
Thanks for confirming that these do not require codeing, would be great if you could inform all the other dealers that are getting this wrong.
Yes, would be intrested in a set for a manual car including foot rest, but how much?

Hi guys
Thanks for the interest.
For manual cars you will be looking at £125 inc vat.
For automatic cars you will be looking at £116 inc vat
Will take around 1-2 days to get hold of then shipped out.
Many thanks

Well that didn't go so good......the footrest and brake and clutch pedals were spot on, sadly the accelerator pedal wasn't the same and didn't fit :(
It was from an early 2007 R56 and they changed part numbers a few times since then so it wouldn't fit.
I bit the bullet and put in an order for a new one, about €120 unfortunately but it will look great though.
