Have to say the colours aren't the best, what happened to the bright colours. Good job they have still got chili red as that is what i will be ordering in a few months. Dont know why they have got rid of starlight blue as that is a really nice colour

The colour choice is terrible.
We didn’t want red again, fed up with silver/grey and don’t like green cars, so ended up with black and I know that as soon as it gets dirty it will annoy the hell out of me.

I noticed that, indeed, the rear sensors ARE standard on the Sport spec and upwards.
However, when enquiring on the forum as to why certain parts of the prior comfort pack now seem 'missing', I was informed by another poster that the passenger seat height adjustment and velour car mats are also now standard.
I couldn't not find conformation of that within the uploaded broacher.

Agree with other posters on the general dire colour range.
In my opinion, the LCI 2 front end looks beyond hideous in lighter shades, including Chilli Red (which looked fine on the prior, LCI). Which leaves little choice. The front bandit moustache is somewhat disguised on Black and Rebel Green. But when choosing a colour to hide something hideous is never a good move in the first place.
However, as personal choice goes, I'm sure some will love it.

It does still says the digital dash is standard across the range, when at present it isn't due to semiconductor shortages. Its only available as part of the Nav Pack

i do quite like it, not to impressed having to spend £1100 to get it, but Sat Nav and carplay will be usefull

I don't think I'd even accept £1,100 discount if I had to have an ugly digital dash.

Does the lci2 have an electric handbrake? I’m sure I read it does somewhere?

 

I think it’s on select models - maybe just those with auto transmission.

I was initially reserved about the look of the LCI2 but will wait until I see one in the flesh.
Still intrigued by the multi-tone roof. I wonder how many people will take this up as an option.

As to colour i was a green hater but when i saw the latest Mini in British Racing green it looked so good, i saw one with bonnet stripes in black and it had colour coded roof and mirrors so i ordered mine in that colour, which as many know is a classic british colour as in old racing rolls royces and even the Spitfire. This is my first car since driving in 1976 that is green as i have had all the major colours known to man as i am a dinosaur.
