You have to chk whether your HU has Wifi socket for the Wifi antenna. I also have 6.5” w/out Navi and my HU does not have Wifi socket, so I cannot activate Carplay. I also tried to install Carplay mirroring but my HU is not compatible with the mirroring kit as my model is 2019 LCI.
