Hi everyone,

My sister asked me if she can do this to her 2018 JCW after I told her I'm fitting an 8" display and "MIB" v2 system to my 2013 Golf GTD, so I can have CarPlay integration for it, too.

From the looks of this thread, it's possible! Her car has the "orange" display & controls and if the process is anything like it is for my car, she'll need a new display, head unit, controls and the WiFi antenna for it?

Can anyone give me the part numbers so I can start looking for them? Does anyone know what's needed from a software perspective for the car? Obv it will need coding, is there anything like VW's Component Protection that will catch me out or is it just a case of finding someone who can code it for her once it's in?
