F54 Dash Trim Removal

Hoping someone has some info on how to remove the chrome looking trim from around the air vents as well as the door grab handles. They are making a horrible rattle sound and I need to throw some foam tape behind them. Not sure if they just pop out with trim removal tools or not but want to be sure before I start just prying at them.

Thank you! I didn't realize the chrome trim was part of the entire vent assembly.
Any idea about the door handle/window control panel? It seems like it would just pull straight out.
