Currently dealing with a no start issue / chassis stabilization error on my 2015 Mini Cooper S 2 door and have read that it could be a bad chassis ground strap. Not sure where to find it on this vehicle though. Anyone happen to know? Thanks!

So I found it, it's directly under the battery. Just not sure how to get it out now 😂
You can see in the pic that the strap is pretty frayed at the chassis end, which is probably the issue. The other end bolts to the transmission.
Does anyone know if/how the battery tray comes out?

Fixed this and posting an update here to help anyone else who has the same problem.
To get at the strap you have to lift the front of the car, take off the under engine cover and LF wheel. Bolt and nut are 13mm hex. I replaced the strap with a 4ga wire and car's back in action! All for less than $10!
Even if the strap looks like it might be ok, get your hand on it and work it, in my case it fell apart after a few pulls.
