Mine's exactly the same...as was the courtesy car SE I had, and also my old MCS with analog cluster. It's not just the cluster...the plastic trim around the steering column also tilts to the left.

It'll straighten up if you pull down the lever that allows you to adjust the position of the steering wheel. When you push the lever up, it'll tilt back to the left.

 

There all like this, the digital dials don't sit central.

 

The display on my '23 SE is level horizontally, but vertically it is twisted a few degrees to the left.

I'd love to find an easy fix.

 

 

Mine is the same … just bought a new Countryman … really irritates me!

 

I saw a review that said the same. My wife has just bought an SE and when she lets me have a go then I'll take a look [emoji1]

I can imagine. I've just looked at a used one and it's completely put me off the car. Ridiculous to my mind.
