Removing A pillar interior trim

Does anyone know how to remove the interior trim from the front A pillar (specifically driver side if it matters) on a 2017 F57?
From googling the subject, the only results (a few videos) I've been able to find are for the F56, and don't appear to work for the F57.

My reason is 2-fold. I'm installing a dash cam and want to bury the wire in the pillar. And something in the pillar is rattling (I think it's the trim itself against the windshield).

So I finally got back to this project, and those instructions were helpful thanks.

Couple other notes for anyone else doing this:
The light control pod (middle of the center trim), is just clipped in place. Use a pry tool on the front (and possibly the rear if needed) and it will pop out.
The center trim will then just pop off, but it takes a bit of force (I was worried I was going to break it). Aside from the plastic clips indicated, it also clips onto the pillar trim pieces. It's easier if you use a pry tool from under the lip to separate those pieces first. I didn't on one side and sent a couple metal clips flying when it suddenly popped free (they re-attach).
