Hey everybody,

I've been reading through these forums and was wondering if somebody could help point me in the right direction for how to code Adaptive Cruise Control to my 2021 F60 Mini Countryman. I've gone through and checked, I do have 5AS, 544, SAS ECU, Pedestrian Warning and Frontal Collision from factory. I'm new here so I haven't been able to PM anybody but was going to try and reach out to @dakota28 @maaii @vibezhko but I see maaii is banned now!?!
If somebody has knowledge of this and could help me out I would be extremely grateful!!!

Hi friend . I already retrofit all ecus such a SAS and build wiring same as wiring diagram. I have already code all the car and I add all necessary FSC codes but I still have problem with steering buttons on left side (ACC control). I can't activate it even all of these I did.

You have to install SAS ecu to activate ACC stop and go. But you need to FDL code it, you can't code to 541. You will kill your car.

Im new here trying to help out my boss. He has a 2019 mini 4-door oxford edition with standard cruise control. he would like to get adaptive up and going. You seem to be the person that knows the most about it. Can you list everything he needs to get in order to get it up and going? I appreciate any help you can provide.

Did you ever figure out your issue with the buttons? Also what steps did you follow to activate 541 on it? I keep finding bits and pieces of knowledge everywhere, but not much step by step info. I have all of the systems and believe I might just need to add a twisted pair of cables from KAFAS to SAS ecu, and jump between pins 2 and 8, and pins 5 and 11 on the KAFAS ecu first. I'm going to check what wires I have installed from factory this week. If I need to install the twisted pair is there a specific gauge wire I should get, or does someone sell a premade pair? Any help is greatly appreciated, I would love to activate this system as soon as I could!

Good day maaii, can you tell me how / with what program to add a SAS block? (so that it becomes visible in ISTA) All wires are connected, the SAS block was not in the initial configuration, I bought a used one. my win WMW31DK0602R95741 do I need new FSC codes in my case?
